MSI 990XA-GD55 takes a long time to Post?

My Question:
I have an MSI 990XA-GD55 motherboard that takes about 18 seconds before it reaches the BIOS, and then zips through to load Windows 7. I tried digging around trying to figure out what my issue is, but the only thing I could find was someone updated their BIOS to my current version to fix it. As I already have v22.5, I'm at a loss of what I can do to make it boot at a relatively decent time rather than 18 seconds to just reach BIOS.

Anyone, please?

My Specs:
MSI 990XA-GD55
AMD FX-4350
NVIDIA GTX 770
G.SKILL Ripjaws Z 4x4GB 1600MHz
Intel SSD 730 240GB
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

It freezes before the splash screen even comes up. It takes about 16 seconds before the keyboard or display is powered.

I don't think it necessarily freezes. After I press the power on, all lights come on, and I here my fans working, but my display is dead for about 18 seconds. Then my keyboard lights up for use and my display finally kicks in with the splash screen (or POST text, doesn't matter which) and it continues normally.

It sounds like it's still working when I boot it, but 18 seconds just to hit post is a little long, isn't it?

I will say this has been the case since I've had it.

Unplugged USB, no change. Unplugged Video Card, no change. Unplugged all HDDs except OS, no change.

No matter how much is plugged or not, it's the exact same times.
