dell xps 8300 video card replacement

Everything I have seen has said this should work (waiting on new power supply before i install)

You shouldn't have to do anything with the Bios. It looks like XPS 8300s were sold with AMD GPUs. Make sure to clean those off before you install the new GPU.

What PSU did you buy?

The chiefmax..( I know someone here said they were garbage, but I had already ordered and it does have a one year warranty) Plus I only needed 75 more watts than my old video card and it was powered by a 430 w supply so it won't be getting much of a pull on it. (and the price was awesome)
