Should I upgrade cpu or graphics card?

After being able to run GTA V with about 40-50fps, I have come to a defeat after the release of the Witcher 3. On everything set to minimum settings I have 15-18fps at best (stationary).

Should I spend money to upgrade my CPU or my GPU?

CPU - Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
GPU - ATI Radeon 6750 1GB (Driver says AMD Radeon 5700 Series)
Board - MSI H61M-P32/W8
Power Supply - Thermaltake TR2 430W

That Sandy Bridge i7 won't bottleneck any single GPU that I can think of. Get the best GPU you can afford.

I'm not sure what the recommended Witcher 3 specs are, but for $300 you could wait until a GTX 970 is on sale and try to get it around there. You could probably get one for about $310 with a mail-in-rebate.

Oh wait, 430w PSU. I don't know much about PSUs, so I'm not sure if you would need an upgrade for a new graphics card. If you would need to upgrade your PSU, you could still get an R9 280x and a PSU for under $300
