Hi I've been having a few problems with my msi gaming 3 mobo. I've been advised by folk over at the msi forum to update my bios although I've done this many Times on other make boards never on msi and I read people are having magor issues with msi mflash. try jspi1....
you will need:
100ohm 1/4watt resistor x4
cables
other working pc with printer port(the pink port)
download spi flasher (or similar program)
boot to msdos
run the spi flasher and flash your bios

i did lol and it worked.. now running fine but with previous prob(controller auto fail etc) but it isnt related to bios problem cause i tried reset the bios with many other version and this still happen(i still cant figure this out)
