Hard Drive shows only a few files

-Installed old main hard drive to new computers secondary one
-Hard drive shows only a few partitions (like downloads and videos folders) that take 21GB and system even shows "used space 147GB"
I don't understand what I'm supposed to do, but I might have accidentally done something that could cause this maybe? Can I ever get my files?

Can you go to Disk Management and check how the drive appears there?

My guess is your issue is similar, so you might as well find a way to fix it!
Once you can successfully access your data, I'd recommend backing it up and re-formatting the HDD. Here's a link that could help you with that too: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=vKBgFZ

In the end, my DATAD HDD had some issues. Soon after I had inatalled it, it started causing blue screen of memory error deaths for me. So it couldn't be helped. I uninstalled that HDD and that helped.. Anyways, thanks for help! :)
