My specs are

Intel core2quad q8300
Asus p5kpl-am/ps
4gb ddr2 ram
Ati hd 4670 1gb
400w Zebronics Platinum SMPS

I'm planing to buy gtx 750 ti....will my specs bottleneck while playing games like GTA V

p.s-Actually I thought of buying gt 730 ddr5 2gb but decided to buy gtx 750 ti as I can be in safe zone if a new game is release

This is how bottleneck hierarchy goes, GPU and CPU, CPU AND RAM. On my understanding, your ram wont bottleneck your gpu not unless youre using APU. Your RAM most likely is holding your cpu back, your cpu is capable of handling 1333 MHz rams, for gaming I suggest you upgrade your ram to atleast 8gb @ 1600mHz (2 x 4) for future proof. No more than 1600mHz and 8gb for now as higher than that wont give you...

1600mhz ram on ddr2? You'll be lucky

8gb is worthwhile though

Let me clear the confusion
1.My ram is 2*2gb 800mhz DDR2(I think 400Mhz DRAM or something )
2..I use Mixed settings like PostFXx-Ultra,Grass-Very High,,Reflection-Very high ,Tesellation-High,,Advance Graphics-OFF
i get around 38 fps as average but goes till 80 fps at one point in benchmark test but my resolution is only 720p
