Witcher 3 Perfomance (Memory & CPU) Questions

Hello everyone! I've been playing Witcher 3 but the perfomance is not the best, I think the problem is that I only have 4GB RAM and my CPU is an I5 4430S 2.7GHz, If I upgrade the RAM probably i'll be able to play it on high settings at 60 fps, is it true?

Specs:
CPU : I5 4430S 2.7Ghz
GPU : R9 280
PSU : XFX 750W
HDD : 1TB
RAM : 4GB

Seems Witcher is very demanding on video cards. Be prepared to lower settings to get the FPS numbers you want.
