The GTX 960 needs a quality 430W PSU that can deliver 20Amps or more on its +12V rail. So consider this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($37.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $37.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

This quality 80+ Bronze Certified 500W PSU can deliver 40Amps on its +12V rail, which will be more than enough to power your entire.

Cheers!
