Can someone tell me where the bottleneck in my system is . This is what I have in my rig. Thank you

CPU: AMD FX 8350 With Water cooler
Motherboard : MSI 990FXA-GD65
Memory 16GB DDR3
Storage : 256 SSD & 1TB HD
Video Card : Sapphire r9 290x x2 ( Single Card ) 8gb Water Cooled Card.
PSU : 850W Bronze ( forgot the model )
Case : HAF 932

Solution
The FX-8350 is likely the bottleneck. The R9 295X2 is the most powerful graphics card on the planet, and the FX-8350 is only AMDs meagre attempt at making a high end processor.

If you want to get the most out of your graphics card, I recommend getting an i5 4690K with a Gigabyte Z97X-SLI board:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (£183.54 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£89.99 @ Novatech)
Total: £273.53
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Lol... no bottleneck? What about the terrible single thread performance of the 8350 and the fact that current pc games depend on 4 threads max? No matter how big amd fan boy you might be, IPC and clock still rule, but amd piledriver IPC is so bad you can't compensate by OCing or you'll need LN. But please do enjoy your 4 idle cores while lagging...

seriously now... check gpu usage (afterburner) and it's dependance on your cpu clock. If gpu usage is low and increases with cpu clock you have confirmed where your bottleneck is.

Tbh i am an Intel & Nvidia fanboy.

Still, the 8350's performance aint to bad. Sure it is the worst part in his build, but if it is OC'd you should be able max out a lot of games if not all.

Hey guys thanks for the answers. I kind of figured the 8350 would be an issue . What about the AMD Fx 9590 . I would go intel but I don't want to spend more money on buying a new motherboard . Here is my question if I go with 9590 and having the r9 295 x2 will my PSU still run them fine?

If your purchasing another CPU anyway i would recommend selling your current mobo and CPU and go with an intel CPU. However if you really don't want to do this than you can also buy the FX-9590

http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-9590-vs-AMD-FX-8350 This is a comparison of the 9590 against the 8350.. which is in my opnion not really worth upgrading.

http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-vs-AMD-FX-9590 And here a comparison of an 4690k against the 9590, as you can see the 4690k does beat the 9590 at single threaded/core tasks without breaking a sweat. And if your just a regular gamer it would be the best option to go for the 4690k for that reason.

Edit: Also, with that water cooler you have now you should get some nice speeds out of a 4690k.

Yes, the switch to Intel is currently your best choice. Not only do you get dramatically increased single thread performance and therefore no bottleneck, but you have the future upgradability to Broadwell. With your water cooler, you should get a nice overclock out of the 4690K.
