So today while doing homework, i had to research which means i need to use internet. Some minutes later... My laptop got a blue screen saying things about dump. What happened? it happens when i do homeworks or use internet but not when playing games like skyrim? could it be a fan problem? I have 2 antivirus/malware. Avast and Malwarebytes and CCleaner. I used three of them and nothing worked. CCleaner works, just makes it longer to have another blue screen.

How this problem began? when i started to use malwarebytes now i get blue screen every minutes after using it.

Please tell me a fix?

Hi,

First off could be because you are using 2 anti-virus. Uninstall one of them to see if the problem persist.

if you still get BSOD means problem with hardware / malware.

Does it happen when you boot in safe mode ?

If no, boot in safe mode with networking and goto bleepingcomputer.com.

Download and run in this order :
- JRT, ROGUKILLER, ADWCLEANER ==> REBOOT

reboot in safe mode and run malware bytes antimalware .

If the problem persist and have windows 7 or under, you can run a combofix in safe mode.

If you can't do any of that. You might have a defective mobo / psu / memory.

The only way to test them is with known working component.

If you have more than 1 memory stick, try with only one at the time.

You can also download memtest86 to check for errors.

Good luck
