GTX 480 or GTX 750 ti?

I'm trying to build myself a new computer to a very tight budget, and for it my friend offered to sell me a GTX 480 for £60. Having looked over graphics cards, would it be better to buy a GTX 750 ti instead of an old GTX 480, and are there any graphics cards under £120 which outperform both? I intend to use it for GTA V.

If you plan on playing GTA V, I doubt that a 480 even meets the minimum requirements to play. My build uses the ASUS GTX 750TI and without overclock, I get avg 40-50FPS and in non populated /intensive areas, 60FPS. Definitely go with the 750ti.

Don't pay 60pounds for a 480. I wouldn't pay that much for a 580. 480 should be a give away at this point. Your friend is trying to fleece you, or he just has no idea old PC parts are worthless. Tell him to come around for a few drinks and bring the 480 as a give away. Beer on you.
