Need help to know if everything will work together

I am wondering if this build will work together, and if it will fit in the case I have selected. Is there a website that will tell me if it will work together, or is it something you just have to know?

Case: AZZA Atlas Gaming Case - Black
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4770 Processor (4x 3.40GHz/8MB L3 Cache)
RAM: 16GB [8GBx2] DDR3-1866 ADATA XPG V2
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0+ 2GB GDDR5 128bit, PCI-E 3.0 Dual-Link DVI-I, 3 x DP, HDMI, SLI, HDCP, G-SYNC Ready Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2966-KR
Motherboard :Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 -- 2x PCIe 3.0 x16, 4x USB 3.0, 6x SATA-III 6Gb/s

It will work, but a few things...

CPU + MB - These are both prior generation parts. Is this what you intended?
CPU Cooler - Assuming you intend to overclock, don't forget one.
MEM - 16GB is a lot. Consider 8GB (2x4GB) with the option to add two more modules later.
PSU - Nothing from Corsair that starts with C or Builder. After that, everything from them (the good stuff) is overpriced. Stick with XFX or Seasonic, then turn to Antec or EVGA's G2 lineup.
CASE - Overpriced for its features. In that price range, the Fractal R5 is the better pickup at the moment. ...or the Fractal R4, Corsair 300r or Corsair 500r.
