windows 8.1 does not recognize my second hard drive

i disconnected my second hard drive (D) and reconnected it again but now my windows 8.1 pro does not see it nor my disk manager shows me an uncatalogued space
my bios recognizes the drive
my motherboard is ASrock Z97 extreme4
my Hard drive is WD 4TB Black

Hey there, DoarLaZevel.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your drive. Did you have any issues with it before that happened?
I'd recommend that you try the HDD with a different computer if possible, to see if the same thing happens, or at least try it with a different SATA cable and a different SATA port on yours. I'd also recommend that you try testing the drive with DLG (Data Lifeguard Diagnostic) and run both tests (Quick and Extended) to see if anything out of the ordinary pops-up.
