so i pluged my friends external hdd into my computer which had windows vista installed in it.
I didn't know about it.
After i did my work i switched my computer off.
I know for sure that the external hdd never booted the windows vista but some how it managed to corrupt the windows 8 on my pc.
so i performed a clean installation of windows 8, formated all drives (I was planing to do that from long time).
After that i tried to switch on my pc, it didn't boot and was stuck on bios.
when i inserted cd, it started working fine and kept working if i remove the disk once it has booted completely.
I then reinstalled the windows but the problem remains.
please help!!
