What setting do I need to adjust to get rid of this pixel effect I get on some plants and textures

I am not sure what graphical problem/setting this relates to but I get this annoying pixely effect to the greenery and some textures in game an it really annoys me and would like to try and find a way of stopping it from appearing or happening. (There's probably a proper name for this problem I'm not sure) Anyway I've noticed it most of all when playing Dirt Rally and GTA V.

Sorry for the poor example of it below. It doesn't look so bad there but when in areas with lighter colours its pretty clear at times.

Any info on how to resolve it would be handy please. I'm probably just missing a simple setting that needs tweaking but haven't clue which one it would be.

I think that's it. Looks like the AA filter quality is set too low. It's in Catalyst Control Center under 3D settings. Try bumping it up a notch.
