How many watts do I need for my powersupply ?

My specs are :

MOTHERBOARD : ASUS M5A97 R2.0
CPU : AMD FX-8320
SSD: KINGSTON SSDNow V300 120gb
HDD: WD DESKTOP BLACK/BLUE (what should i take?)
DVD WRITER: ASUS DVD DRW-24F1ST
GPU: SAPPHIRE R9 285
RAM: CRUCIAL BALLISTIX 8GB SPORT
CASE: CM 690 III
IS THE -- Cooler Master V750S good enough ?

That's a decision you'll have to make.
The 6350 is faster and probably can be OC'ed to a higher speed. Most games won't make very good use of even 6 cores. But if video rendering and the like is your thing, the 8 cores will be faster.
