Which version of Windows 8.1 is right for me?

I see there are 4 different versions.

My new rig will be an all around PC. I will use it for internet, gaming, light video editing, run a small business (currently using office 2000 on old XP rig), and I would like to build a website in the near future (I took some programming/web programming classes 10+ years ago). I know I will have to learn some of the new programming techniques and such, but I tend to learn things fairly easy using the internet, and actually enjoy coding and stuff.

Can I get away with a regular version of 8.1 and add office myself? or will I need Pro/RT to do web programming and such? (I know back in my college days XP home would not allow for c++ programming, so I'm not sure if web programming now-a-days can be done on regular 8.1).

I don't see hosting a website off my computer. Most likely will use a web hosting service, as building a server would be overkill (and to costly) for my situation I think.

Regular Win 8.1 is fine. Pro adds a few features like hosting a Remote Desktop, and BitLocker, but nothing you'll really need.

Also, you'd have to buy Office anyway, no matter what version. Pro doesn't include that either.
