mITX build, need input please

Here's the build I'm looking at, open to feedback. Prices are Canadian. I have more room in the budget if there is something that's worth dumping the cash on. I play mostly MMOs, but like to dable in all games so would like to be able to handle them all.

Things I am mainly uncertain on are

1. The case. I do like the idea of a windowed ITX case, and the part selections I have made are for a blue based build.
2. The monitor (I want a 27" 1080p)

Thanks in advance!

I could be misunderstanding the case layout, but from the video, it looks like the hard drive bay actually leaves room for the graphics cards to fit UNDER the hard drive bay.

Check the 3:40 mark

Only thing I would say is with the case as well, the cube ones tend to be a bit smaller, when I think mITX, I think small as possible, but there is nothing wrong with that case, seems solid to me.

My main priority is a small case, with a window. I don't know of any other mini ITX cases with a window.

I could easily jump up to mATX, as that case I have selected above is as big as an mATX anyways. What suggestions would you have for a small form factor windowed case?

Here's the update so far
