Hello, this is my first thread so I apologize if there is any mistake.I have built my 1st pc recently , but I started noticing random FPS drops and stuttering. My specs :

i5 4460,
8gb ddr3 1600 Mhz single ram,
Gigabyte gtx 750 ti,
Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3 LGA-1150 MB,
Corsair VS450 450 W psu
Western digital 1000 GB sata 7200 rpm
I played AC3/4/rogue,Far cry 4,Arkham city/origins,shadow of mordor at high settings and fps stayed between 55-60 (at 768p,with v-sync on) but about a week ago I started noticing fps drops from 35-60 fps and stuttering which never happened before,Also I could not run pcsx2 which ran fine at 60fps before but now runs 30 fps.Last night I tried Sherlock Holmes crime and punishment at max settings and I couldn't pass 40 fps and I was very disappointed. It is very frustrating because most of these games aren't very demanding. I have all latest drivers from Nvidia and I used Malwarebytes but no result ,my cpu and gpu temperatures seem alright and accept downloading I don't run any program during gaming.I don't know what to do.Any kind of suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
