Ok so when whenever I turn on my computer (Gateway all-in-one) it always brings me to a screen that says (preparing automatic repair), then it brings me to a screen saying (diagnosing your PC) then it restarts super fast like before I can count to 1 then it does it again over and over and over etc. can you help me with this please I need to use my computer ASAP my email is <address removed by moderator>. The recovery CD needs to be inserted into the optical drive before booting the PC. Be aware that this will be a clean install, and all data will be lost.
