I am currently building a new PC and I would like a second opinion on my components and setup:

My case is a Thermaltake V41
Motherboard: Gigabyte H97M-D3H
Kingston 240GB SSD (OS drive)
1TB Western Digital Blue (data)
16GB 1600Mhz Corsair Vengeance RAM
Intel Core i5-4690 Haswell Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150
Thermaltake 700W PSU
5 140mm NZXT case fans
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler

That's it, let me know what you think, am I missing anything?
Thank you in advance for any and all input!

Solution
CPU - The small difference between the 4590 and 4690 won't be missed. Save on the budget here...
CPU Cooler - Not needed as this is a non-overclocking setup.
SSD - The Samsung EVO will give you better performance (and 10GB more space).
MEM - Same specs on the modules below for less cost. 8GB is plenty and you have the option to add more later with the two open memory slots.
GPU - You didn't include one. What were you considering?
CASE FANS - Add a 200mm exhaust to the top, but there is no need to replace the two stock fans.
PSU - No (poor capacitors). XFX or Seasonic.

Thank you for your answer. I am looking at the parts you suggested, it is a very decent build.
I am building this PC for gaming and regular tasks (some minor video editing and basic browsing) It will be connected to my 46" HDTV as a single monitor. I've been looking at the GeForce 970 series of GPU's and Windows 7 Pro. I personally don't care for Windows 8 / 8.1 at all, is there a significant reason I should go for one over the other aside from price? I've seen other people rate windows 8.1 as excellent for gaming but have seen no reason as to why. As for the PSU I was looking at Thermaltake because of price and a decent warranty ($69 for the 700W) I also want to minimize future upgrades, the motherboard and the GeForce 970 both require a minimum of 500W PSU, so I wanted to make sure I have extra power just in case. I know the 500W requirement is supposed to cover the entire system, but only having a 550 makes me a little uneasy. As for the case fans, I wanted green LEDs and the NZXT fans come in 140mm and 120mm in green not 200,also they are currently on sale for ~$12 on Amazon, so with 5 140mm, two will be in the front as intake and three in the top as exhaust, also 3 140mm give better air pressure than even 2 200mm. On to CPU, the price difference is about $30 and for the addition money, I'm leaning towards the 3.5. I was actually looking at the same ROM you suggested here. Lastly, do you think that the stock Intel cooler will be good enough? I was oping for after-market cooling because my apartment gets pretty hot in the summer and I don't want to have even the slightest risk of overheating (hence the 5 140mm fans). With the exception of the CPU, GPU, ROM and OS, I have these parts already, I'm just looking for a second opinion on it before I throw it all together. Thank you, your input is greatly appreciated.
