I want to run ddr3 graphic card on my DG965ry motherboard which supports ddr2 series....so can i run it ?

yes. the RAM that your CPU uses has nothing to do with the RAM that your GPU uses.

As long as the motherboard has a compatible PCI slot and your PSU has enough power for the added card, then, yes. As David says, the RAM on the board has nothing to do with the video card's.
