I thought my first ever new build was perfect. I've installed Windows 7 and connected to the internet. I've now put in my graphics card but then get the BSOD when I tried to install the driver. Now I get the BSOD even before I try to install the driver. Any advice please? I'm so demoralised.

Hello Louis

If you're able to boot into windows properly, then you should be able to tell the computer to keep the blue screen showing by doing the following:

1) Click on the start menu in the bottom right of your screen, and right click on computer
2) Select Properties
3) Click on the Advanced system settings tab
4) Click on the settings button under the Startup and Recovery box (should be the third one)
5) Untick Automatically restart, then press ok

Then when the computer gets the BSOD, write down or take a picture of the BSOD code. Example of a BSOD code: 0x00000001

Once you have the code, report back or google for a fix, good luck :)
