Hi Guys,
So I was thinking of OCing my FX6300 connected to a GA 78 LMT USB3 Rev 5 Mobo.
But I still have my stock CPU cooler so I wanted to replace it with an after market cooler. I just finished re assembling my system last week after recieving my new case(Antec GX900) and PSU(Antec VP550P). I am not looking for an extreme Ocing. Just trying out with a few bumps in the clock speed. By the way I also have a Zotac GTX 560 Non-Ti for GPU. Please note that I am from India.
The CPU coolers I had in mind are all from DeepCool & the choice would need to fit into Antec GX900 case & also not cause any issue with accessing all of my memory slots. They are,
Deepcool Iceedge 400XT : Rs. 2,050.00.
DEEPCOOL ICEEDGE 400 FS : Rs. 1,875.00

I know this is a long list. Sorry for that....
So My question is if I just want a minor ocing and am really interested in keeping my idle & high usage CPU temps to as minimum as possible & also to reduce the cost as much as possible, which one of these should I choose?
I have 2x 120mm front intake fans, 2x top 120mm exhause fans & will be adding 1x 120mm rear exhaust fan soon. So air flow is not at all an issue as of now. Temps are in control. But the Stock CPU Fan is making such a terrible noise, I would like to get rid of it along with the bonus of additional headroom for ocing.
