Hello
I've recently been upgrading my Pc Setup to as much as I can afford but that meant postponing the upgrade of my CPU to august, possibly later
I Have a gtx 970 with ACX 2.0 cooler from EVGA with 8gbs of Ram
My Current CPU is a Intel I3-2100 3.1GHz dual core with hyper threading

I was just wondering what kinds Of games I can play at 30fps/ or hopefully more until my CPU upgrade as my CPU is in the second highest tier in the Tom's Hardware CPU Hierarchy. I've heard that GTA can be played on dual cores if they have hyper threading or will it be taking it too far to try an older gen I3. (Hopefully going to upgrade to a Intel i7-4790k as I am into Video production and audio editing as well as gaming)

Solution
You can play it. The Sandy Bridge i3 is still an adequate 4-thread CPU for gaming. It may bottleneck the GTX 970 in some aspects, but you already know that.
