I set up 2 user accounts for my windows vista notebook as windows had stopped protecting it (too old) 1 is a guest account not password protected & limited administrative privileges the other is administrator password protected well my keyboard types numbers when should be letters I use on screen keyboard but I now can't type password so can't change any settings programmes etc I can only log in on guest account how can I add the onscreen keyboard to my account log in in desperate thanks

Solution
Hold down the fn key, and press your numlock button (located somewhere at the top of your keyboard) That is the reason why you type a letter and it comes up as a number. Hope this helps.

How to add onscreen keyboard:
Open control Panel.
Click on Accessibility
Select on screen keyboard.
Apply settings.
