I screwed up on my monitor in the bios. I selected something and it won't display anything on my screen now. Please help me fix this.

Hard reset: turn of PC and unplug power lead. hold down front power button for 5 seconds. carefully take out battery from motherboard, leave for 20mins and then put back in. Power up PC and CMOS should be reset.
