First one has a trash PSU. Forget it.

Third one has a poor PSU as well.

The second one has a half-decent PSU and a solid build otherwise, aside form single channel RAM.

Honestly I would buy none of those combos. I would design your own to get better quality and selection of parts.

I figured a custom build would be better. I just don't know much about part compatibility so I didn't want to make a mistake, any suggestions? Thanks for the feeback
