can i install nvidia "Geforce"gtx 650 gddr5 in my Lenovo Think centre M93p for gaming

I have a Lenovo ThinkCenter M93p Vpro ( small form factor ) with 4th gen core i5 3.2 ghz 4570 processor with 8 gb DDR3 ram 500 gb hard drive so my question is can i insall Nvidia Geforce gtx 650 1gb DDR5 in it, if not possible any other alternative to gtx 650 with same or higher graphic support please expert advice only

Howdy.

Your system has a very small (240W) power supply.
But since the cards that come with that system draw similar power to the 650, you should be able to run it.
Look at a 750 if you can. Similar power requirement and slightly more performance.
