Please explain me..what is the use of memory bus?

can these affect my gameplay when playing?

difference of 128 bit and 256 bit?

please explain in the simplest way :D

The effective speed of memory bus depends on both memory type/clocks and memory bus width.

Thus, only observing the width (128, 256 bit) really tells you nothing - you need to take memory speed and type into account as well.

Memory clocked at 2GHz on 512bit memory bus works exactly as fast as a 4GHz memory on 256bit bus. And that is only provided we are talking about the same memory type in both cases (like GDDR5).

It does affect speed of your graphics card, but your main GPU architecture is much more important for overall performance. So, always read benchmarks. A slow GPU with fast memory will still be a slow card overall.

The memory bus connects the VRAM with the GPU, a wider bus means more data can be sent per clock to the GPU, which means you get a higher transfer speed.
AMD generally uses a wide memory bus while Nvidia usually has smaller buses with a higher memory clock rate.
You shouldn't worry too much about the bus when choosing a card, just check some benchmarks and see how well it performs.
