Whenever I watch/play youtube or dota, if I idle my mouse for a long time my screen lags or stutters any idea on whats causing

Your have an apu, the apu use your ram for graphics and so does your system. And 4 GB for an apu system is quite low see if you can find another stick of 4 gb

So what do I need to do? I just leave the mouse idle then screen stutters
