My pre-built is a Asus M51AC US004S and I am looking at Asus GTX 750 Ti and Corsair CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX500) to upgrade my performance? Are these two items compatible with my prebuilt. If you cannot find certain information, I can provide help.

Solution
Yes, all the parts are compatible. I am not a big fan of CX series, any power supply under $80 usd is usually making big quality compromises. The 750ti requires 300w anyways.
