Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB GDDR5 and ASUS P8P67 LE motherboard

Hey guys, I'm hoping to get some help here. Soon I will be able to upgrade my pc

So right now I have:

GTX550ti
8GB ram
Intel Core i5 2500 3.30 GHz
ASUS P8P67 LE motherboard
playing on 1366x768 res

I might be getting Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB GDDR5 but I'm not sure does my motherboard is ok for new GPU. Any advices ?

Better care about PSU. Nothing else is wrong/weak here.

what you could suggest about PSU ? Also what would happen if I be using new GPU without PSU update ?

PSU must be over 500W with 12V current line Amperes over 20A+20A (better 25A+25A).
