i just built a computer and it wont boot to bios. I turn it on and nothing ever shows up. I think i need to update the bios on my motherboard because it was released after my cpu. i have a AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor and a MSI A88X-G45 GAMING ATX FM2+ Motherboard. I have downloaded the file to update my motherboard from http://www.msi.com/support/mb/A88X-G45-GAMING.html#down-bios. Its a zip file so what do i do now? i know i need to unzip it and put it on a flash drive but then what? do i just plug it in to my computer and start it, then it will update? remember nothing ever comes up on my screen and everything works fine. please help!!!!

Solution
Since 1501, the BIOS does support the CPU.
Make sure you're using a graphics card and monitor is connected to it and not the onboard.

hey man I figured out that when u have ur A10 in that u need to update ur motherboard bios from the Msi website! whenever u update it then u can put ur new cpu in and it should boot!
