Hissing sound coming from PC whilst gaming

Hi toms I'll sent you a link to video. Basically when game load up computer starts making hissibg sound. What is it? Hdd, motherboard? Is it normal or not? To me looks like it's shorting. My specs are in signature.

Also it changes the sound.

Its probably the HDD spanning. It will make a little noise but nothing loud. That or GPU fans.

Gpu fans are not on but the sound is still on it only goes on when its on heavy load, gtx 980 atm not 290 ill dc the hdd see what happens.

Ok it looks like i kbow why is it coming, wjen i have dsr enabled and upscale games to 1440p or 4k its on if I leave it in 1080p no sound

No still on, basicly if gpu is on heavy load its on then, if I switch from game to desktop it goes off, if i get back it goes on.

this osunds like a classic case of coil whine, likely coming from video card.

Make sure v-Sync is ON in your games. This tends to minimise the problem. If Coil Whine persists, you can probably RMA the video card and get it replaced.

It is coil whine, for the forst time Ive sound out what it is, but it is coming from my 24pin atx conector not gpu tho for sure, I am using braided extension for all my hardware, so maybe that is what causing it.
