Im thinking of buying another GTX 970 for sli with my Gigabyte Windforce 3x 970. I will not be overclocking my gpus but i will overclock my cpu to 4.4ghz. Will my corsair CX750 handle all of this ?

My Specs :
Intel i5 4670k 4.4ghz
GTX 970 Windforce 3x OC
8gb Crucial ram
CX750 Corsair PSU

Yes you will be able to have enough power. That setup with 3 of those graphic cards bring in a little over 500W. You should be fine with what you already have.
