Replacing AMD 760k Richland stock cooler

I have a AMD 760k Richland and was wondering what cooler to replace it with because my pc goes up to 65 degrees Celsius just playing cities skylines. these are my specs i would also like to know if i can replace it with a fx6300?
Processor:AMD Athlon X4 760K
Motherboard A78M-E35
Graphics Card:Sapphire Radeon R7 260X
Ram:8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport
HDD:1TB Western Digital Black
Power Supply:430W Corsair CX430
Case:Corsair SPEC-01

The FX-6300 uses a different socket. But yes, you can replace the cooler pretty easy if you get one that just snaps on the existing AMD retention bracket.

...you won't be wanting to OC on it, so you don't need a massive cooler.

If you just want a quieter, better replacement for the stock cooler, this one has worked well for me in the past. It can mount in any of 4 directions so you can direct air flow in the best direction.

And if you decide to OC, it has some headroom for that too.

That one is another good choice. Be sure your case has the height for the cooler when mounted. I believe the cooler stands 6" tall measured from the CPU surface.
