the non-ti version is clocked higher by about 40mhz but the ti version has about 128 more cuda cores and 400mhz more effective memory. both have 2gb but the non-ti version is priced reasonably less. what would perform better on gta v and other games? will it make a difference? what are cuda cores used for? thanks in advance.

That's a good question. I doubt the extra clock speed will equal out the lack of cuda cores or memory speed. But still, a good question. If you want the best of both worlds, look into the PNY GTX 750 Ti. It is within a breath of the clock speed of the faster Evga GTX 750 SC and has the cuda cores and memory speed.

I recently used this card in a budget gamer. Quite fast even at 1080p and high settings.
