Hey so I have a couple questions and I was wondering if anyone could supply me with some DETAILED answers. So, I was wanting to upgrade my stock M32AD ASUS desktop which I'll link here http://www.redflagdeals.com/deal/computers-tablets-ereaders/asus-m32ad-pc-brushed-metal-intel-core-i5-4460-1tb-hdd-8gb-ram-amd-r9-255-2gd3-windows-8-1-1/ . I wanted to upgrade my GPU to the Sapphire R9 270x 4GB http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00FLMKN6I/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AUAODZIY13WRB but I'll have to first upgrade my PSU and I was wondering if this will not only be enough wattage for my computer but also if it will fit. This is the PSU I was looking at http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00I5VSWAQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1HU0UETW2PFPN . Also the last question is if that GPU will fit my case.
Thanks a ton for your time!

That's a good power supply, one of the Cooler Master V series, which is in tier 1 of the PSU tier list. It has enoug wattage to support almost any graphics card you want to use, excluding the R9 290X and 295X2.

As for the graphics card, forget the R9 270X 4GB. The 4GB of memory isn't used very well by the card, and you only feel the difference when Crossfiring the cards. As far as I know, you can get the R9 280 for the same price, which is a vastly superior card.

Hey woody thanks for all the awesome help! I was thinking though, doesn't the 280 require extra power from sata? So I opened my case to see if I had any free but there wasn't any. Are you able to help me clear everything up? I'd really like to know if everything will fit and work FORSURE. So if you could help me one last time, that'd be great !

Only drives, such as SSDs, HDDs and optical drives, require SATA power. Everything else either draws its power through the motherboard, or uses a PCIe 6 or 8 pin connector.

The R9 280 uses one PCIe 6 pin and one PCIe 8 pin connector. The power supply you have chosen has both of those, so you're just fine.
