For example if i watch even a 4K video on my 4K monbitor on YouTube it looks worse than anything i have seen in my life no matter what i do even on my 1080p monitor when i watch 1080p videos they look worse than 480p. So i was wondering if it would be possible to somehow download a video of sayyyyy The Witcher 3 1080p on Ultra settings so i can see what it really looks like because from what i have seen on YouTube it is one of the most ugliest games i have seen this year which i know is not true as i am sure in person it stomps every game in existence its just YouTube makes it look horrible no matter what the resolution. So can someone give me a link where i can download such videos if exist?

If you want to see better quality videos of the game why not check out the content on their website? As for downloading at true quality from a web browser, you might not have much luck.

In saying that, the best program I've found is a Firefox add on called 'Video DownloadHelper'... It's pretty decent and it hasn't done me wrong, it normally downloads in .mp4 format and at quite good quality, perhaps not more than 1080p, depending on the original video but that's for you to decide.

Select a solution if it helped, if not, leave the thread open and someone might answer.

Unless they have a website/dropbox where they put the original files, I don't believe so. The issue with addons like Video DownloadHelper as Rayven stated is that it converts, which means there is only so much that can be done before you just begin wasting space.

You can actually download the source video, where applicable at least, via jDownloader. Don't know if it's still up, and it's a bit "whacky" at times (runs on Java), but it didn't do me wrong yet. It even manages to download the video when youtube doesn't want to cope with my browser.

Just copy the video's url with the app opened, it'll automatically monitor your clipboard for urls it can analyze. It'll eventually provide you with various choices about quality and format, depending on what youtube offers you to see by the browser in the first place.

Mind you, I said "youtube" to keep everything in line with your example, but it usually works with any website sporting some kind of embedded media. You could get all the images of a page if you wanted to, for example.
