Hey I'm thinking about buying the Sapphire VAPOR-X R9 290 Tri-X OC card, but i don't know if my power supply can handle it.
My power supply: Corsair CX600M - 600 Watt

Sure, that graphics card draws less than 300W and your CPU and rest of the system probably draws less than 150W. So plenty of breathing room for a 600W power supply.
