HI,I have a Gigabyte R9 270x windforce edition. my idle is around 30-35C usually. my load temps where normally around about 75C when running Unigine Valley. now its hits 95C all of the sudden. :??:
My overclock stayed the same:
core stock 1100-overclock 1180
memory stock 1400-overclock 1550

Any help would be very much appreciated

Other obvious:
A fresh install is not warranted to be infection free, it takes time for Windows to get fully patched and updated, the system could have been infected then, either way grab some freebie software and run the scans, even if they prove negative, at least you'll have the system better protected for the future.
Physically check the cooling fans, with the system off, just flick each gently to ensure they both rotate freely.
With the system on, check the fans are both moving at the same speed (just take a peek).
If the fans seem to be behaving themselves maybe you've accidentally knocked the cooler assembly and broken the seal between it and the GPU die. Only way to be sure is to remove the cooler totally and re assemble with...
