I cant create an unallocated space in my hard drive

I have a 150GB HDD hard drive and i want to make a partition to install a second OS but i cant create an unallocated space.Please help.

i dont have unallocated space and when i try to create one it says
Total size befor shrink in MB: 152625
Size of available shrink space in MB: 0

Then the disk is too full.

Try defragmenting it then doing the partition.

OK then you can't partition your disk.
