Make a fan profile, slap a water block on the card, or get a different cooler for the card.

Does your case have enough air flow, intake/exhausts fans? It would help a lot, no good keeping hot air inside for too long.
Maybe open the side panel and stick a portable fan beside it?
Or is it just where you're situated the ambient temp is pretty high?
There wont much you can do in the way of fans that would probably have you modify the case chassis. Maybe try water cooling?
