Your PSU mounts sideways on that case. You could buy one of the filters with magnetic frame and just set it on the side panel. As long as you don't move the case around it will stay put. For added hold strength you could put velcro around the frame. Otherwise, you could buy just the bare filter material and cut to size and slip between the side panel and PSU from the inside.
