I recently bought a built a new PC, and almost everything seems to be working perfectly. However, one I keep having is that the clock is constantly going out of sync. For instance, when I turn off the PC and turn it on the next day, the time on the PC would stay at the time I turned the PC off. Also, sometimes the clock would also move back a couple of hours. Is there any way I can fix this problem?

Solution
It's most likely the CMOS battery that needs replacing. It's a 3v coin-type battery like those used in wristwatches & calculators and it clips on to the motherboard. I suggest you buy a reputable brand like Duracell or Energizer because some cheap chinese-made ones can be already less than 3v when you buy them.
