Approximate Purchase Date: Early June

Budget Range: $600 - $800

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, editing(rarely)

Parts Not Required:Keyboard, mouse, keyboard, mousepad, speakers, headset
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: tipidpc.com(PC Hub to be exact) is for my country, but newegg.com would do

Country: Philippines

Parts Preferences: I prefer Nvidia GPU GTX 960 or 970, Intel processor and for the rest of the parts, I think any would do, as long as it's right for the price

Overclocking: Maybe(More on the No side)

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Additional Comments: I think for the case, NZXT s340 would be my preference. If you guys can suggest something to fit in for a low budget gtx 970 that would be great. I also want to be sure that my rig would not overheat when I play for a long time(6++ hours). I also don't know whether to get a 4gb GTX 960, or a 970. The game that I would be usually playing is CSGO, but I'd probably install other of my favorite games such as Far Cry 4, Mortal Kombat X, and probably some upcoming games. I actually posted a post quite similar to this, but I just want to see some people's suggestion which might be a great help in building my rig. Also, how long would a GTX 970 and a 960 would last(in years)? As I am planning for this rig to last around 3 -4 years capable of high settings hopefully :)

Thank you!

Solution
The 4GB edition should help you display higher texture resolutions, this basically means you are able to play at higher settings. Im not sure how long that 960 will last, im sure itll keep up for the next 3-4 years with the newest titles but you won't be able to play them all maxxed out. You sure will be able to play them with atleast 60fps but not at ultra settings.

As a secondary even more cheap option:

The more expensive one just offers more features which is kind of obvious.

Here you go, this build can be overclocked but you'd have to add a CPU cooler which aren't to expensive something like the Cooler Master 212 Hyper Evo will do.

Don't know what color case your prefered case should be so i added the white one, but you can pick the color you prefer ofcourse. This build should easily last 3-4 years although not sure if all upcoming titles will be playable on max settings. One thing that is sure you can play them all with playable FPS and med-ultra settings.

Thanks! Any suggestion for a non overclocking kind of rig? :)

For a non overclocking rig you basically go with an H97 build instead of the Z97, and instead of a 4690k you'd take a 4690, however these two CPU's are the same price at the moment which is the reason i still add it to a non OC'ing build.

I could make the build (oc'ing build or this build) cheaper. Just tell me if you want so.

Something cheaper(non-oc) would be much appreciated, which could possibly have only a slight or a right amount of decrease of performance for its price at least :)

I just replaced the 970 with a 960 2gb asus strix edition. I could make the build even more cheaper by going with a cheaper motherboard, tell me if you want so.

What could be a cheaper motherboard as a substitute then? :) Btw, I saw this MSI GTX 960 with 4gb ram, does it make a lot of difference compared to the 2gb one? And how long do you think this kind of build would last? Sorry for a lot of questions, I just want to be sure that it wouldn't go completely obsolete around 3-4 years. :) You've been helping a lot so appreciate your help :)
