At stock speeds, the q8400 by a small margin, but I believe the q6600 overclocks better if you plan to OC. However, depending on the games you're trying to play, both of those CPUs are rather old for newer AAA titles.

are you going to buy any of the two or is this just idle curiosity? because i'd recommend getting neither as a cheap pentium will give you entry to the lga1150 platform while an i3 will kick the ass of both.

Q6600 some of those will run stable @ 5ghz, Q8400 I haven't seen to many good overclockers. Q9550 and up all seem to overclock stable @ 4ghz and above with the right hardware. Now to compare LGA chips @ stock when gaming you wont notice much of a difference with a Q6600 up to a Q9550. If you happen to have a LGA775 board that will take DDR3 over DDR2 then a Q9550 and above overclocked as well as Overclocked RAM will play newer titles fairly decent.

And i dont know if i can OC too, because of my motherboard and my cpu cooler "coolermaster DI5-8E5PA-OL-GP"

Because of your Chipset G41 you wont have much overclock headroom at all on average .3 to .4 Mhz before Heat becomes a issue and things start to get unstable. To play Fifa 15 in low settings a Q6600 Stock Minimum and a 650 GTX or Radeon HD 5770 are recommended.
