Hey all
So I just built my pc and all seemed fine but when I went into settings to set my resolution to 1920x1080 which is the max resolution of my monitor it made my screen smaller by about 2cm on each side and 1cm on the top and bottom. If i set it to 1680x1050 it is fullscreen. My OS is windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit. Could it be my OS just can't do it? I recently found out that my 8gb of ram is limited to 4 because of my OS.
My gpu is a powercolor r9 280
