My intended use for this PC is playing the latest games. Specifics include Witcher 3, GTA V, WoW, LoL, BF4, Dying Light, maybe Crysis 3. I'm hoping to play these games at 1920x1080p, 60fps+ (90+ preferred), Ultra High, High if necessary. (Sorry if these expectations are too high, first time builder here). I am from the UK so will be buying all my parts from there.

Here is my build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/Ftcfcf

Since this is my first time building and have had problems buying individual components in the past, my biggest, huge concern is that it will all turn up and there will be a bunch of problems - overheating, constant crashing, compatibility issues etc. Can any of you guys confirm that these parts will function together and that there is adequate cooling? If it needs more cooling would you be able to recommend some methods, I think I'd be able to fit about 2 exhaust fans + 1 intake fan/2 intake fans into my budget.

Solution
Yes you need more fans. Take a look at what sizes the case can fit and add about one to three intakes and if the case has a vent on the top, get one for outtake.

The build will work - pcpartpicker will highlight any issues.

There are 2 fans included with the case, one on the front and one on the rear (120mm), would this be enough?

If not there are 2 slots for either 120, or 140mm on the top of the case, there is 1 slot on the bottom for a 120mm or 140 fan, and 2 slots on the side panel for either 120mm or 140mm fans. Do you have a recommendations of how I should place extra fans (Only if necessary). I'd give myself around a £30 budget for fans. My first assumption is that I should buy 2 Airflow 140mm fans for the side panel, these in particular: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-fan-co9050009ww
